“Our thoughts are with Shirley, Kelly, Shane, family members and friends at this difficult time,” A club spokesman said.

“Greg was a tireless volunteer of our club for over 40 years. He served many roles and never lacked passion or enthusiasm.

“He was a great supporter of his kids and grandkids’ involvement in the club, both netball and football.”

Greg’s funeral will be held on Thursday, January 25, at 11am at Howard Squires for those wishing to pay tribute to the great man.

Rest in Peace, Greg.
