Division one played at Euroa and despite winning only one of three rinks, came home with the major prize.
Max Hammond’s rink was the mainstay this week. After dropping the opening two ends, Hammond’s team went into overdrive and won 18 of the remaining 23 ends, for a comprehensive and match-winning 17-shot win.
Biggles’ rink was within reach when they drew within three shots after 18 ends, but a strong Euroa rink finished better for an eight-shot victory.
Alison Hall’s rink was neck and neck for most of the day and were only a single in arrears after 19 ends.
Again, the home team was a bit stronger late, with the final margin six shots.

John Fitzgerald’s rink was hot early winning eight of the opening 10 ends. They always looked in control, but a big Dookie finish got them to with two shots at the finish.
