Sunday, September 11, saw the opening day for season 2023-24 for Seymour Bowling Club members and visitors.

Members wore their new shirts for the first time and there was a generally favourable response to the contemporary design.
Following the welcome from the president, presentations were made to new life members Ian Ridd and Greg Quillinan.
Another new life member, Lois Tomkins, was an apology due to family commitments.

A group photo and a couple of friendly eight-end matches were played before members sought the comfort of the clubrooms for refreshments and a plentiful afternoon tea supplied by fellow members.
Weekend pennant kicks off for Seymour on October 7 with midweek pennant rolling off on October 10.
