Unfortunately, we had to cancel our last round of coaching and the section one grand final.
Even though we weren’t able to celebrate the winning team this season, we are still able to congratulate our three-set winners for this season.
For the first time in our history, we had a three way-tie and couldn’t split them.
Lenny Hanns, Kaitlyn Eddy and Charlotte Gatacre were the three-set winners for the season.
The Deniliquin Junior Lawn Tennis Club would like to thank all our parent helpers for giving up their Saturday mornings to assist in our hotshots program.
With more than 140 kids on a Saturday morning, it is impossible to run our tennis program without parental help.
Also, we had Emily Leech take over the canteen responsibility and she did a wonderful job.
We will start back up in term four and will be looking for some fresh faces to join the junior committee.
The Deniliquin Junior Lawn Tennis Club looks forward to seeing everyone in term four for another exciting year of tennis.
