It was founded in 2015 by its two directors, Belinda Toohey and Dominic Nadalin, who have a combined experience of 50 years in the disability support services sector.
Including You focuses on supporting individuals and their families to navigate the NDIS and provide the best possible care and support for people with a disability.
Their services include offering a pro bono service to the community and assisting those who require support in accessing the NDIS scheme.
Including You provides services across the state, with an office in Seymour to support the Outer North and Goulburn Valley.
Regional manager and support co-ordinator for the Outer North and Goulburn Valley Shaye Garbutt said Including You was pleased to be supporting the Lions in 2024.
“The Seymour Lions have a great reputation within the community as an inclusive, accessible and community-focused club,” Garbutt said.
“These are values we live every day at Including You, and we’re delighted to be involved in what we hope is a long-lasting partnership with the club.
“Football clubs are crucial meeting places in regional communities, and this is a fantastic opportunity to further spread the importance of a more inclusive future, build our outreach in the region, and hopefully assist more people requiring support in the disability sector.
“We’re excited to be backing in the under-15 netballers and can’t wait to watch these young superstars tear up the court and have a great time with their mates this year.”
Seymour Lions president Gerard O’Sullivan welcomed the support of such a reputable and people-focused organisation.
“Including You does a wonderful job supporting people living with disabilities and working through the complexity of disability support services,” O’Sullivan said.
“This is crucial work, particularly in regional areas like the Goulburn Valley where this support is not as readily available.
“We know our young netballers will get a lot out of this partnership, and we’re keen to share the important work of organisations like Including You with our broader membership.”
