Graeme defeated Phil Hodge in a very close contest winning by three shots, 25 to 22.
Graeme, together with Brian Jaques, also won the Men's Pairs Championship beating Rod Brown and Trevor Dyker.
Rod Brown won the State Singles Championship for the Murray playing area after 34 ends defeating Ian Smethurst from Barooga in a closely fought match, 25 to 22.
Midweek pennant returned yesterday, and Saturday pennant this weekend.
Barefoot Bowls resumed on Monday, while Mixed Social Bowls recommences this coming Monday, January 16.
The first board event of the year is the Ladies' and Men's 21 Up which started on Monday.
It will be followed by the return of the Ladies' and Men's Trade Days tomorrow.
The Allan Seamer Medley Fours Tournament (any combination) is to be held at the Tocumwal Golf and Bowls Club on Sunday, March 12.

Goulburn Murray Bowls Region State Novice Singles for both Men and Women will take place at 9.30am this Sunday and next Sunday, January 22 at Shepparton Park Bowls Club.
