The final Club Championships for the season were held on Friday, March 7, with an action-packed night of racing showcasing the determination and talent of all swimmers.

The open events provided some thrilling contests, with surprise winners stepping up to claim victory.
Every finalist demonstrated incredible competitive spirit, making for a fantastic end to the championship season.
Alongside the championship races, our regular Club Night saw swimmers pushing for personal bests and refining their skills.
The energy and camaraderie among competitors highlighted what makes the Corowa Sharks a special club.
Club Night Swimming Star – February 12
Congratulations to Bridie Ray, who was named the Swimming Star of the 21st February Club Night.
Bridie took an impressive 23 seconds off her 200m breaststroke, along with achieving personal bests in the 50m breaststroke, 50m freestyle, and 50m butterfly.
Her outstanding efforts in the pool made her a deserving recipient of this recognition.
The Swimming Star award is presented at each club night, celebrating a swimmer who achieves a standout personal best or multiple PBs in one night.
Swimmer of the Week – 21st February
Judd Talbot, Swimmer of the Week.
A big congratulations to Judd Talbot, who was awarded Swimmer of the Week for his dedication and positive attitude.
Judd has displayed tremendous effort during training, encouraged fellow swimmers, and performed well at both pennant and open meets.
His commitment to refining technique and skills has not gone unnoticed. Well done, Judd.
Training continues
Training will continue until the end of the summer season on Mondays and Wednesdays, with Tuesday and Friday training to be advised.
