The Seymour and District Art Society heads to Nagambie with ARTBOX.

Artworks created by the society’s members are displayed and on sale at Lake Nagambie until Tuesday, January 30.
Artworks can be viewed 24/7, with automatic lighting a feature of ARTBOX after dark.
This is another initiative of the SDAS Creative Communities program, as it looks at new ways of reaching audiences outside a traditional gallery setting.
Goulburn River Trail parkrun
The Goulburn River Trail parkrun starts at New Crossing Place on Manners St in Seymour, offering a picturesque route along the river.
It’s a great way to enjoy the outdoors, stay active and connect with the community.
All are welcome to join this celebration of health and community spirit.
Join in the fun at New Crossing Place from 8am to 9.30am.

Seymour Rotary Market is back in 2024.
Join the community on February 18 for food, wine, market stalls and other entertainment at Chittick Park on Pollard St, Seymour, from 9am to 1pm.

Seymour Show and Shine
Lions Club of Seymour Goulburn and Seymour and District Car Club have partnered to put on this year’s Show and Shine.
Whether you are a car enthusiast or just keen to try something new, pop by Kings Park in Seymour on Monday, March 11, from 8am to 2pm, and there’s sure to be something to pique your interest.
You can expect a car show, swap meet, market, kids rides and activities, auction, raffle draw, community group and services displays, live music, food vans, and more at the event.
Entry to this event is a gold coin donation.
Bracelet beading by Collective Closets
Melbourne-based fashion designers and sisters Fatuma and Laurinda Ndenzako celebrate the beauty and rich history of the African continent with their slow fashion label Collective Closets.
In this activity, teenagers can create a colourful beaded bracelet to keep or give to a loved one.
This event will be on Tuesday, January 23, from 2pm to 3pm at the Seymour Customer and Library Service Centre at 125 Anzac Ave, Seymour.

Tastes of the Goulburn
Experience the one-day food and wine festival celebrating the best of the Goulburn Valley.
Early bird tickets for the Saturday, April 27 event are now available.

Australia Day events
Nagambie Australia Day events will commence at 8am, Friday, January 26 at the Nagambie Rowing Club.
The event will be hosted by the Nagambie Lakes Tourism and Commerce - Go Nagambie group.
They will also be presenting Australia Day Awards recognising outstanding contributions by community individuals, organisations, events and businesses.
Kelvin Grove Village will also hold an Australia Day evening barbecue and old-fashioned games time from 5pm.
Meanwhile, Avenel Australia Day celebrations will be held at Jubilee Park.
Nagambie on Water Festival
The Nagambie on Water Festival will be held on Saturday, February 24 at Lake Nagambie from 10am.
The NOW Festival celebrates the people, produce and culture of our great region on the shores of Lake Nagambie.
The festival has been exhibiting the best of Nagambie’s stunning natural resources and community spirit every year since 2008 and this event is set to be bigger and better than ever.
Featuring a diverse selection of family-friendly activities, the festival invites Nagambie locals and visitors alike to participate in a variety of fun and interactive outdoor events.
Look out for the annual Club 2 Pub swim, grape stomp and other fun features.
