The owner of the property just east of Deniliquin has been reporting suspicious car movements near the property about 4pm each afternoon.
On a patrol of the area about 5.15pm on June 24, police spotted the vehicle parked near to a shed on the property.
Police then went to the shed and found four young people inside sitting around a TV.
After consulting with the property owner, police said none of the young people had permission to be there.
P-plater fined
A 25 year-old Deniliquin woman has been fined $302 for failing to display her P-plates.
The car she was driving was stopped in Deniliquin about 7.50pm on June 27.
Police discovered the woman was a P2 licence holder (green Ps), but noted she was not displaying P-plates.
She was issued a traffic infringement notice.
Assault charge
A 41 year-old Deniliquin woman has been charged with assault after allegedly hitting another woman across the face.
Police allege the assault occurred when an argument between the pair escalated at a north Deniliquin home on June 26.
Bike reported missing
Police are investigating the suspected theft of an e-bike from a Deniliquin home.
The bike’s owner told police someone he knows asked to borrow the bike, but he declined.
The bike was then discovered missing about 1.40am on June 25.

Drugs dropped in store
A small bag of what police to believe to be amphetamines was seized when dropped in a Deniliquin store on June 25.
A small bag of a crystal substance reportedly dropped when a customer was paying for his items at the counter.
Cyclist charged with possession
A 27 year-old man is to appear in court for alleged possession of a prohibited drug after reportedly being found with a small amount of cannabis.
Police said the man was first noticed not wearing a helmet while riding a bike on Davidson St, Deniliquin about 2.20pm on June 25.
Police said he then attempted to avoid police by turning around and riding in a different direction.
He was eventually stopped, with police alleging to have found the cannabis in his possession during a subsequent search.
