PREMIUM News Students have fun being ‘old before their time’ By Kyabram Free Press Aug 7, 2023 Sit up straight: St Augustine’s College principal Jay Sutton (front and centre) joins the Foundation students to celebrate their 100th day of school. The students dressed as grandfathers and grandmothers, among other things, to mark the occasion. Old souls: Cousins Louie and Zoe Ciavarella drew on their heritage to celebrate 100 days of school at St Augustine’s College. The family has been in the area since the 1950s, when their great-grandfather settled on a property just outside Kyabram. Framed: Alana Coldwell and Avah Northausen, wearing interesting accessories in their hair, around their neck and on their faces, sing along with their classmates during the well-rehearsed concert. Looking the part: Dean Williams looks more like Dean Martin as he dons a bow tie, braces and what appears to be glassless eyewear. Made up for the moment: Indi Barnes found an early morning make-up artist who assisted with her “aged look’’ for the 100 days of school celebration. Peace: Mia Parker and Chase James raise their fingers as they sign the words of a catchy song to entertain parents, teachers and grandparents. By Kyabram Free Press General article
