The ladder was valued at $313.
• Hot water systems and copper wiring valued at $8000 were stolen from six building sites in Foxtail Cct and Vecchio Parkway, Wallan, overnight on June 22.
The items were taken from houses that were just past frame stage of being built.
• Timber valued at $10,000 was stolen from a building site on Melaleuca Blvd, Beveridge, between June 22 and 24.
Offenders entered the property by moving the temporary fencing and would have needed machinery and a trailer to remove the timber.
The timber had been delivered for the frame of the house.
Diesel stolen
Between 1pm on June 20 and 7.15am on June 22, $1470 worth of diesel was syphoned from a Mitchell Shire Council grader and tractor parked on Old Sydney Rd, Wallan.
The offender stole the padlocked fuel caps from both vehicles.
Burglaries in Seymour
Fishing rods and reels, an Esky and a car battery charger with a total value of $720 have been stolen from a home in Redbank Rd, Seymour.
The offender cut off padlocks and broke into garden sheds in the backyard of the home overnight on June 24.
• A boat motor valued at $3000 has been stolen from a Seymour property.
The black Yamaha 25-horsepower motor was stolen from a stable in Kobyboyn Rd between 4pm on June 23 and 12.30am on June 24.
