The centre, which has been designed around play-based learning, welcomes enrolments from children aged from six weeks to six years old.
Journey Early Learning Seymour will offer a nurturing environment which aims to ready its young students for a long life of learning ahead.
Journey Early Learning aims to foster a sense of community and belonging within their students, focusing on healthy development by offering a play-based and emergent curriculum.
Journey Early Learning marketing co-ordinator Maddy Columbus said the centre in Seymour had been thoughtfully designed in order to create a stimulating and safe environment.
“Our classrooms create and encourage autonomous play, exploration and creativity,” Ms Columbus said.
“The learning extends outdoors, where you will find a large, natural play area with gardens, climbing structures and open spaces for physical activity.”
Journey Early Learning strives to offer a unique environment for children that other childcare centres do not.
“At Journey Early Learning, we go beyond providing care — we create a vibrant, inclusive and nurturing environment where children are at the centre of everything we do,” Ms Columbus said.
By offering a play-based curriculum, the Future Foodies Program, which aims to foster healthy eating habits early on, regular excursions and events, and opportunities for family involvement, Journey Early Learning seeks to provide a holistic approach to early childhood development.
“Every child’s learning journey is tailored to their unique developmental needs and interests,” Ms Columbus said.
The Journey Early Learning Centre in Seymour is set to open in either March or April of this year.
