I’m running for council to refocus on the fundamentals: improving our roads, providing sufficient recreation facilities for our growing population, ensuring responsible rate spending and addressing waste management.
To make these priorities a reality, I need your vote as your #1 candidate.
I often hear frustrations from residents about road conditions and the long traffic delays just to reach main roads for work.
It’s clear that we need to manage funds more wisely and I’m ready to be your new voice to ensure that happens.
With a strong background in management, I also bring eight years of previous experience as mayor and councillor of Mitchell Shire.
Our community satisfaction has continued to decline, and I’m committed to restoring the trust and confidence of residents.
I have been deeply involved in the local community, serving as a life member of the Kilmore Football Netball Club, a 14-year member of the Kilmore General Cemetery Trust and I am currently vice-president of Willowmavin Landcare.
These roles have allowed me to meet many residents and learn the issues that matter most — some still need urgent attention today.
I am passionate about expanding sports facilities for families in Central Ward.
Council already owns the land. It’s time to move forward and build the necessary infrastructure for our growing community.
I look forward to working again with the residents of Wandong and, for the first time, with the Wallara Waters community.
Together, we can achieve great outcomes for all.
