MEAC hosted an early Melbourne Cup event as part of the Seniors Festival, with games and afternoon tea.
Our oldest citizens dressed to impress, with plenty of florals, spring colours and a fascinator or two.
Throughout October, MEAC has hosted a range of events for seniors to enjoy as part of the Seniors Festival.
MEAC would like to thank the many businesses who helped make the month extra special the older members of our community, including Mooroopna H Hardware Timber and Building Supplies, Taste of Capri, Shepparton RSL, Bill and Beats, Mooroopna Post Office, Mooroopna North End Bakehouse, Degani, The Main Course Butchery, Muffin Break Riverside, Hydie Blooms, D’Lux Nails and Spa, Phillip’s Cellars, Mooroopna Veterinary Practice, Paul Wickham Pharmacy and Mooroopna Pizzeria.
MEAC would also like to thank Severin and Robyn Duhring for donating roses for the Melbourne Cup Day.
