Vine will be the star attraction in Sunday's grand final meeting with Western United at CommBank Stadium after her rise to become a regular under Matildas boss Tony Gustavsson.
The lightning-quick winger has the potential to catapult herself onto the global stage at this year's World Cup and is likely to attract overseas interest, if she maintains her blistering form.
But Juric was hopeful that if the talented 25-year-old did leave his club, it would be to one that would ensure she maximised her potential.
"She's out of contract and we are negotiating with her right now and we definitely want to keep her," Juric said.
"In my view, I think we underestimate this league … if she gets an offer with a big club then I'd tell her to go.
"But if she's going to a weak club or a weak country, then I don't think she should go.
"It's up to her, I hope she stays with us but I'd love it if she got a half-a-million dollar deal (elsewhere)."
Vine had a tough night in Sydney's opening finals game - a 1-0 defeat to Western a fortnight ago - after picking up a calf injury on international duty.
She has shaken off any concerns to help Sydney get to the grand final where they have the chance to right the wrongs of years gone by.
The Sky Blues have lost the past three deciders and Juric said his team had a burning desire to finish the season with the double.
"You want to win the big game and this is obviously huge," Juric said.
"We're proud of getting the premiership but this is something we want to get.
"They're at an age now where they are no longer kids, those grand final losses many of them were 18 or 19, they're a lot older and this is one we want to win."
Western, who entered the competition this year, have troubled Sydney this season with their physical approach and bullied the Sky Blues off the ball in the finals meeting earlier this month.
"We need to show people that even though we're skilful and attacking, we need to protect and stand up for ourselves," Juric added.
